My main task at WalaPlus is to lead the UX process and enhance all of their products from UI/UX perspective.
1. Omni design system
One of the most critical pain points of the products was “Inconsistency” in design language and structure. Their established design system wasn’t mature enough to include all their products “Apps and dashboards” leading to a lot of discrepancies across all platforms.

2. Clients dashboard
My main goal was to revamp the dashboard, overcoming all pain points gathered from clients’ feedback.
I also added the self subscription experience, small and mid-size clients to easily register and subscribe to any of our packages.
3. Merchants dashboard
I built this dashboard from scratch, helping the network of merchants to have their own experience.
4. Main app
I revamped the main app based on collected feedback from different resources, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluation.
